2) You acknowledge and agree that for certain bet types your accepted stake or bet may mean that you have the opportunity to win more than a win limit or maximum payout set out in this clause or otherwise in the BetChamps Rules. Even where your approved stake or bet may give you the opportunity to win a higher amount, you agree that we shall only be obliged to pay to you the win limit or maximum payout specified in this clause or otherwise in the BetChamps Rules including but not limited to our Racing Rules or Sport Rules. If we impose a win limit or maximum payout on your winning bet and payout, we may refund to you the portion of your stake or bet that, at the designated Odds, may have resulted in a payout to you above a win limit or maximum payout.
3) The maximum dividend for any tote bet is 50% greater than (i.e. 1.5 times) the amount of the second-highest tote pool dividend.
4) The maximum dividend for tote win bets is $201 and the maximum dividend for tote place bets is $51.
5) If We pay an amount greater to the listed amount, we reserve the right to amend the bet to the correct listed payout. If we payout an amount greater than the listed limit and decide not to amend the payout this does not set a precedent in relation to future such payouts.
6) On any bet type in any location, we reserve the right to limit any individuals/groups so that the payout on any bet type does not exceed the largest relevant Australian tote pool size. If we payout an amount greater than the listed limit and decide not to amend the payout this does not set a precedent in relation to future such payouts.
7) In the event that BetChamps deems multiple clients to be working as a group, we reserve the right to apply the maximum win limits across multiple accounts collectively.
8) We reserve the right to cancel your bets if We suspect you have manipulated the tote-based dividends. If we do not cancel your bets, we reserve the right to apply a payout limit on the bet/s that does not exceed the better dividend of the remaining two Australian tote-based dividends. If this rule is waived at BetChamps discretion, it does not set a precedent to the Customer in relation to future payouts.
9) All maximum payout limits apply to you as an individual, or, where we have genuine reason to believe a group of Customers including you, have been acting in concert. Where a group have backed the same combination of sections, including where placed in a series of bets, at a range of prices, over a number of days, using different accounts in apparent collusion, we reserve the right to limit the total payment of all those bets combined to the one single maximum payout.
10) Notwithstanding any of the above maximum win limits, the total payout by BetChamps to any individual Customer(s) across all bets in any 24-hour period is limited to a total of $50,000.

Any electronic bet accepted after an event or race has started is void. We do not accept or allow the submission of in-play wagers via any online wagering channel. All in-play wagers must be placed via the telephone.
3. We do not warrant that we will offer In-Play Betting on every event, or at all.

Definitions “Employee” refers to all employees of the Company (whether full-time, part-time or casual) and all persons performing work at the direction of, or on behalf of the Company. “Gift” – any item of goods or value in kind or benefit received from another party directly or indirectly by a Company Employee. “Entertainment” – any activity offered to a Company employee for free (or at less than market price) including (but not limited to) meals, sporting events, recreation activities and hospitality. “Bribe” – the giving, offering, receiving or requesting of any advantage including (but not limited to) financial, gift, loan, fee or reward to or from any person in order to influence them to act in a particular way.
Guideline Accepting Gifts or Entertainment As a general rule, NO Employee shall accept any gift or entertainment from a Bet Champs customer or potential customer. This is to prevent Betchamps.com.au and its employees from: • Never influences or appears to influence an employee’s ability to make impartial decisions; • Does not impose any sense of obligation on the recipient; • Does not involve cash payments, gift certificates or credit arrangements of any kind; • Does not involve goods or services at unreasonably low discounted prices. • Cannot be perceived as a bribe.
Employees should take particular care when offered a gift or entertainment from a person or organisation that has, or is hoping to have, a relationship with the company.
Recording of Gifts and Entertainment Any gift or offer of entertainment received by an employee must be disclosed to Carl Millett at the next available time. The proposed gift/bribe will be then recorded, making note of • The person or business and date that offered the gift or entertainment. • The amount or perceived value of the gift or entertainment. • How the employee was contacted by the offeree. If an employee is unsure whether to accept a gift or entertainment offered, they must discuss the issue with either director at the first available time.
Non-Compliance Failure to follow the requirements of this policy will result in disciplinary action, including Dismissal.
